I want to first congratulate you on your progress in learning how to play the piano. That is a really worthwhile goal to achieve. I have known how to play the piano since I was eight, and I still struggle to play some music. I also have a learning disability, that has possibly effected my piano playing, but in order to overcome that, I have found that practice helps. Also of the LDS faith, I find that peace floods my soul whenever I play church hymns on my keyboard at home or at church. I was given a calling about half a year ago to play the piano for my former ward’s Relief Society meetings. That was a blessing to help alleviate my jitters when I played the piano in front of people. I know that Heavenly Father is pleased when we practice our talents. Let me send you my good luck in all your piano playing endeavors and hope that you continue finding joy in learning new things.
