Knowing I lived before my birth helps me to know that life here on earth is part of a bigger plan and I have a special place in the plan because of the love that God, our Heavenly Father has for me and all of us on earth.

It comforts me that God already knows my children. It reminds me that those spirits already exist and that they need a body to come to earth. It also helps me keep everything in perspective…that many of my daily crises moments are just a blip on the timeline of eternity.

It also strengthens me to know that I have chosen Christ before I was born!
