					<description><![CDATA[Congratulations for keeping it a priority to care well for yourself.  Most people quit their exercise changes by 7 months.  So, the battle for lifestyle change is not over.  What helped me finally make it a permanent change was to set the goal to exercise consistently for one year.  So, my advice is to think long term and continue!  It also helped me continue to prioritize it to sign up for a class.  Thanks for sharing your progress.  Good luck with personal training.  I&#039;m cheering for you!]]></description>
