In reply to <a href="https://ldsblogs.com/30058/godhead-part-3-of-4-jesus-christ#comment-582226">Just Wondering</a>.

In Revelation 21:7 it says "He that overcometh all inherit all things, and I will be his God, and He will be my son."
We are all encouraged to be more like Jesus. And it is the goal of every Christian to live with God again one day. In that one scripture, God promises us that we will one day inherit all He has, and we will become like Him.

Okay, I am not Mormon, but I am a Christian. I don't recall the Bible ever mentioning that we will become gods if we are obedient in all things. Can someone explain this to me please? Thanks, I am just trying to figure it all out.
