It is always correct to use the appellation, &quot;Elder,&quot; when addressing any Mormon apostle, or even any Mormon priesthood-holder, which includes all male missionaries, too.  So, Elder Holland, Elder Oaks, etc.  The Prophet and his two counselors may be called &quot;Elder&quot; or &quot;President.&quot;]]></description>
